ZhongDe Waste Technology AG: Price range between Euro 23 and Euro 26

ZhongDe Waste Technology AG (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries "ZhongDe Group") and the existing shareholders have jointly set with Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien the price range at Euro 23 to Euro 26 per Offer Share. The offer period is expected to last from the 29th of June until the 4th of July 2007 12.00 (CEST) for retail investors and 16.00 (CEST) for institutional investors. During this period interested investors can submit purchase offers for shares in ZhongDe Waste Technology AG to the syndicate banks during regular business hours.The offer price is expected to be determined and announced on the 4th of July 2007. The first day of trading of the Company´s shares (with the German Securities Identification Number ZDWT01, the ISIN DE000ZDWT018 and the Ticker Symbol ZEF) on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is scheduled for the 6th of July, 2007.

ZhongDe Waste Technology AG will be offering up to 4,185,264 shares no par value ordinary bearer shares, of which up to 3,000,000 originate from a capital increase and up to 639,360 stem from the holdings of certain existing shareholders, with a further 545,904 shares made available for potential over-allotments (greenshoe). Assuming placement of all Offer Shares (including greenshoe) the free float will be approximately 32% and the total placement proceeds will amount to between Euro 96.3 million and Euro 108.8 million.
